Lighting: A Dracaena reflexa variegata needs more light than a Reflexa with solid green leaves and should be placed in bright indirect light.
Water: Like all Dracaenas, the Reflexa variegata likes to be kept on the dry side. Always allow the top 50% of the soil to dry out before watering.
Soil: Always use a loose quick draining soil for any Dracaena; this helps prevent overwatering and root rot. You can add sand to your regular potting mixture if the soil doesn’t drain quickly enough.
Temperature: Basic household temperatures between 65-85 degrees are ideal for the Dracaena Reflexa variegata.
